Two things. Unlimited lifts the roster ceiling entirely, and it lists you in the coach directory, where players searching your area can find you and book without needing a join code from you first. Everything else — the student app, messaging, notifications, the full back office — is identical on both. Paying more never unlocks a better version of the product, only a bigger one.
Paddle Up does not process cards or hold your money. It sends the student a link that opens Venmo, Cash App or PayPal with the exact amount and a note already filled in — no handle to retype, no wrong number. The student marks it sent, you confirm, and it posts to the session. Zelle stays a handle to copy, since Zelle has no payment links.
Yes. Set a hold window in Settings and an unpaid spot releases itself back to the waitlist when it expires. The charge is voided so nobody owes for a clinic they were dropped from, and the next student in line is booked. Anyone already checked in is never released.
